REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy - the basics

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation, provided the product has not yet been shipped or imported.

  • Once the order is in transit or customs clearance, it cannot be cancelled.

  • For custom-built or imported products, cancellations are not allowed after order confirmation, as these items are manufactured or shipped specifically for the buyer.

 

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

  • The product is unavailable after payment has been made.

  • The order is cancelled within the 24-hour grace period.

  • The product is damaged during transit and verified by our logistics partner.

  • There is a manufacturer defect that qualifies for warranty return or refund (as per inspection).

No refunds will be issued if the buyer changes their mind, delays payment, or refuses to accept delivery after dispatch.

 

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

Certain items and services are non-refundable, including:

  • Imported or custom-ordered boats, yachts, and engines.

  • Clearance fees, freight, or duty payments once processing has started.

  • Accessories or spare parts that have been installed, opened, or used.

  • Payments made to third-party service providers (e.g. shipping agents, customs brokers).

 

4. Refund Process

If eligible for a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@enthuzias.com within 48 hours of issue discovery.

  2. Submit your order number, invoice copy, and reason for refund.

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only (bank transfer, UPI, card, etc.).

  5. For partial refunds (if applicable), details will be provided by our accounts team before credit is initiated.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the packaging and damage.

  • Our team will verify with the logistics partner and manufacturer.

  • Once confirmed, a refund or replacement (depending on stock availability) will be arranged.

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after confirmation:

  • Check your bank or payment account again.

  • Contact your payment provider (some processing times vary).

  • If you still haven’t received the funds, email accounts@marinage.in with your refund reference number.

 

7. Order Modifications

  • Minor modifications (like color, accessories, or specifications) can be requested within 24 hours of order placement.

  • After import processing or factory confirmation, no modifications will be accepted.

  • Changes in model, price, or configuration are treated as new orders.

 

8. Responsibility for Freight and Duties

If a refund involves an imported product, please note:

  • Freight, customs, or port charges already paid cannot be refunded.

  • Marinage’s responsibility ends once the shipment is dispatched from the origin or cleared at port.

  • Refunds will exclude these non-recoverable costs.

 

9. Policy Updates

Marinage Industries reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
