Alongside that, we support the rejuvenation of rivers and water bodies, so that India's waterways stay usable for the generations after us.
The Story of Raunak Biswas
Behind Marinage stands Raunak Biswas, from West Bengal, driven by a vision to help shape India's yachting and marine culture.
For over six years Raunak has worked inside India's marine ecosystem, working through industry barriers, limited resources and structural challenges, and building deep knowledge of the market along the way.
In 2020 Raunak coined the name "Marinage", meaning "A new age for mariners", and the journey began with Marinage Yachting Global on Facebook.
Working hands-on with manufacturers, dealers and operators, Raunak helped manufacturers sell boats and authorised dealers sell personal watercraft. His work now extends into vessel building, together with shipyards and manufacturing facilities.
With limited resources but a clear long-term vision, Raunak, with the team that joined him, went on to build Marinage: a platform that makes it easier to find, list and reach boats across India.
What you can do on Marinage today
- Find a boat to rent or charter. Browse boats by the water they sit on, see prices and availability, and message the owner to arrange your trip. Online booking and payment for trips is not open yet: you agree the trip and the payment directly with the owner.
- Buy or sell a boat. Owners list boats for sale. Plan holders see the full sale catalogue and message owners; anyone can see featured boats for sale.
- List your boat. Owners list boats to rent, charter or sell. We check each listing and its papers before it goes live.
- Build your Dream Boat with Marinage. Tell us the boat you want and our team will get in touch.
- Share boats as an affiliate. Get links to boats and share them. Affiliate earnings start when online booking opens.
Marinage is a place where owners and customers meet. We are not a party to any trip, rental, charter or sale arranged between them, and we do not take payment for one.

Who runs Marinage
Marinage is run by Raunak Biswas under the registered business name Marinage Industries, on behalf of the Marinage business. Marinage is being registered as a limited liability partnership (LLP). When this website says "we" or "us", it means Marinage and, until the LLP is formed, Raunak Biswas acting for it.
